Cancellation and No-show

If the booking that you want to cancel subject to our cancellation policy, please write to us on info @ zarinasultan.com or WhatsApp us on +91 9868884400 between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm (Mon to Sat). No verbal communication is accepted for Cancellations.

GROUP / FIT bookings that cancel

On or before 30 days of the arrival Date are not liable for any retention.

less than 30 days and more than 15 days of the arrival are liable for 50% retention.

less than 15 days of the arrival are liable for 100% retention for the entire period of Stay.

In case booking is not guranteed within the stipulated period, accommodation held will be released and thereafter will be on subject to availability basis.

No-show / Short Stays:
• No Show will attract 100% retention charges for all nights of stay
• A short stay will attract 100% retention charges for all nights of stay

Payment terms :
• Prepayment(100% Required at the time of booking)

Check-in/ Check-out Policy :
• Check-in: 1400 HRS and Check-out is 1200 HRS
• Early check-in/late checkout subject to availability on charge as per hotel policy
Refund Policy of the hotel
Refund Eligibility : We will process Refund within 72 hrs post your cancelltion request if eligible for refund as per our cancellation policy only. ​
