Terms and Conditions 

Validity, Terms, and Conditions:

● The names & the payment details should be given prior to the check-in date.

● Taxes are not included in the price. In the event of any changes in the taxes levied by the State or central government, the same will apply from the date such taxes come into force.

● All dispute will be Subject to Srinagar Jurisdiction only

Check-in/ Check-out Policy :

• Check-in: 1400 HRS and Check-out is 1200 HRS

• Early check-in/late checkout subject to availability on charge as per hotel policy

 

Extra Adult/ Children Policy :

Child: Below 5 years free to share parents bed maximum up to 2 children

Child: Between 6-10 years meal charges will apply ( without extra bed)

Extra Bed: Only One Extra Bed Allowed in Rooms - Subject to Availability and on additional cost 

Parking Policy

★ Complimentary Parking at owners risk and responsibility 

Valid Ids for Check in 

We only accept the following Ids in origional for Check in 

  • Aadhar Card 

  • Valid Driving Licence 

  • Valid Passport 

  • Voter ID Car 

  • Pan Card is not Accepted as Valid Id for Check in 

  • Unmarried Couples not Allowed

Hotel Reserves the Right to Deny Check in and NO REFUND in case a vaid id is not presented at the time of Check in.

Pet Policy : 

We do not allow pets 

 

NOTE : DURING AMARNATHJI YATRA WE SERVE VEG FOOD ONLY (JULY / AUG) 

Guest responsibility :

  1. Behavior:

    • Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect the hotel's rules and policies. This includes refraining from disruptive behavior that may disturb other guests.

  2. Damages:

    • Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the hotel property or its contents during their stay. This includes intentional and unintentional damages. It's important for guests to report any damages they notice in their rooms to the hotel staff promptly.

  3. Security Deposit:

    • Guests may be required to provide a security deposit upon check-in. This deposit is meant to cover potential damages or incidentals. Guests should be aware that this amount may be withheld or charged in the event of damages.

  4. Room Inventory:

    • Guests are often provided with an inventory list of items in the room. It is the guest's responsibility to ensure that all items are in place and report any discrepancies to the hotel.

  5. Compliance with Policies:

    • Guests are expected to comply with the hotel's policies and guidelines. This may include policies related to smoking, pets, noise levels, and other specific rules set by the hotel.

  6. Guest Registration:

    • Guests should provide accurate and complete information during the check-in process. This includes providing identification, contact information, and payment details. Any changes in this information should be promptly communicated to the hotel.

  7. Security and Safety:

    • Guests are responsible for their own safety and the security of their belongings. Hotels often provide safes in rooms for valuable items, and guests are encouraged to use them. It's also essential to follow any safety guidelines provided by the hotel.

  8. Check-out Procedures:

    • Guests are expected to check out at the designated time. Failure to do so may result in additional charges. Additionally, guests should follow any specific check-out procedures outlined by the hotel.

  9. Guests' Visitors:

    • Guests are responsible for the behavior and actions of their visitors while on hotel property. Any damages or disruptions caused by visitors may be the responsibility of the registered guest.

Understanding and adhering to these responsibilities help ensure a smooth and pleasant stay for both guests and the hotel staff. It's advisable for guests to familiarize themselves with the hotel's specific policies and guidelines to avoid any misunderstandings.
